The Pinot Noir grapes undergo semi carbonic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 350 hl tanks. The wine is aged eight months before a light filtration and its bottled with a minimal addition of sulfites (less than 3g of sulfur). This is a medium body fine wine with dark fruit and small berries on the nose, well integrated tannins.
