A lovely mid century 3 drawer Chest of Drawers by Richard Hornby for Fyne Ladye

leaving a slight darkening to the grain and giving it an industrial aesthetic

however does have some aesthetical defects in the form of paint splashes to one side

and some minor tarnishing to the top of chrome which would be covered when the additional leaves are added to the table

The piece is decorated in red boulle work that it is inlaid with brass. It has an ebonised frame with brass ormolu figure heads on the top corners which is finished by a slab of white marble on the top of the chest. Each external drawer, as well as the drop down leaf, is secured with their
