Klothys, God of Destiny is okay as a commander, but kinda boring

Its ability, Fleet-Footed, lets you draw a card once per turn when it is in the active spot, which encourages to you either actively be swapping it in and out of the active spot, or to power it up to be your main attacker

It's a great versus instant card in a Jeskai control deck, and I use 2-4 because both are useful
