Basically, its super restrictive and just not that good
And remember, just like with a normal Magic set, you get a basic land every single pack, which means if you could somehow pick up Unhinged or Unglued at MSRP, you'd quite literally be guaranteed to make money every single pack, despite the worthless rares, just from the basic land slot
