I also think that this should be added: The monster equipped to this card may not be used as material for an XYZ or Synchro Summon

If your monster is about to be destroyed, you can just remove that spell counter you gained, and then youd end up with the exact same set-up as you started with

To use it, slide the passport into the sleeve while carrying it, then remove the passport when it needs to be scanned or presented
