A lot of these older foils are notoriously cloudy as well so its tough to know what these numbers really mean
The foils should all be at a premium price, considering the amount of product needed to get it and that theres only two ways we know of to get them: Attend a MagicCon (This may or may not include other big Magic events, well see) or buy the Festival in a Box, which goes on sale this coming Monday, August 19, at 9 am PST/12 noon EST/4 pm GMT
All signs point to Wizards leaning more heavily into the Secret Lair aesthetic, not less
