You can always just forego the disguise and cast the card as normal, paying the mana cost and having the creature bravely step out into the world as its true self
As for The Ozolith, it stores up our +1/+1 counters as our creatures die and then allows us to dump them all onto a creature at the beginning of combat to build a massive threat
Even tamer situations, like destroying a few random mana rocks or Oblivion Ring-esque cards makes it scary due to the huge mana advantage it provides
If you don't have the city's blessing, you lose 1 life
On the top of this, surveil is essentially an alternative to scry, so Dragons Rage Channeler is helping you fix your draws for the game while growing large
