Pauper Dredge plays a bit like a Reanimator deck at times, running the Exhume/Troll of Khazad-dm package you often see in such lists

This deck is led by face commander, Tidus, Yunas Guardian: a three-mana 3/3 that allows you move counters across your creatures, and to draw a card and proliferate (add additional counters) when your counter-enhanced creature deals combat damage to a player

Having 3 toughness means its not likely to die in combat in the early game, which is great for allowing it to attack and trigger

Most Golgari decks also play pretty simply

It seems to be showing up in some of the so-called Ruby Storm lists lately (the name coming from the Modern deck)
