Russiz Superiore, Bianco Col Disore, 2021 150cl Ixsir Plenty of leaf canopy isWith a greenish golden colour, this exudes lavish aromas of ripe pineapple, coconut cream, golden apples, maple syrup, fresh honeycomb, cinnamon and nutmeg. It has a gorgeously rich and decadent texture, with flavours of ripe peaches, almond, vanilla, aniseed, banoffee pie and pineapple. If you treat it a bit like a red, and decant it, it gets even better. It is a traditional blend of varieties grown on the hills of Collio, on the Italian side of the
