Right now Im playing a playset even in Hammer Time, but I recollect playing this card in a lot of different archetypes, from UB control to Ad Nauseam, from Goblins to even Sultai Urza

Its kind of like Solemn Simulacrum, in that it has obvious synergies with certain decks, but its a 4-mana card, so you can always improve the efficiency or impact of its slot in your deck
