Even without scavenge, its easy to see this card becoming a 10/10 creature for just 3 mana in the right deck

There are a good number of ifs before you look to play this but it is well worth it when you can

This isnt too expensive when you consider the other cards in Arabian Nights (Shahrazad, Bazaar of Baghdad, and Juzm Djinn are all present in this set as well), but it does top the list of basics more generally

While it may only be at sorcery speed, being able to drop it at a seconds notice can give you the upper hand when opposing a reactive player, who has momentarily run out of options
