Kaya, Ghost Assassin can easily be slotted into many different decks, including Orzhov Stax or Superfriends

(It can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or creatures that share a color with it.) Whenever equipped creature attacks, until the end of defending player's next turn, that player gets two rad counters whenever they cast a spell

These aren't usually great options for commander decks outside of being used to build up storm since they're one-shot effects, but you may need them to get ahead with Kaalia
