I dont have much faith that this card will recover any time soon, but if copies end up around $2 it is not unreasonable to expect it to go back to $5 baring a future reprint

On another note, it's a card benefitting from the usage of exile effects, which is great to see as these are less common than graveyard interaction cards

I tend to only play him for his ramping effect when I have a decent number of other blue creatures to tap as well which is not all that often in heavy artifact decks
